Welcome to LeBlanc Osteopathy.

Your body is constantly adapting to the demands of everyday life, whether that means sitting at a desk, training for a race, recovering from an injury, or simply managing the stresses of daily living. Sometimes, these demands can leave you feeling stiff, uncomfortable, or unlike yourself.

At LeBlanc Osteopathy, Adam takes the time to listen to your concerns, understand your individual story, and develop a treatment approach tailored to you. Osteopathy considers the interconnected relationship between the body's structure and function, helping identify areas that may be contributing to discomfort or limitations in movement.

Whether you're visiting for a specific concern or simply want to feel and move better, you're welcome here. Together, we can work toward greater comfort, mobility, and a better understanding of your body.

A Personal Approach to Osteopathic Care

From a young age, I have been drawn to both the sciences and the human body. At the same time, I have always valued the opportunity to connect with and support others. Over time, I realized that a career in healthcare would allow me to bring these interests together in a meaningful way.

Osteopathy particularly appealed to me because it combines a detailed understanding of anatomy and physiology with a personalized, hands-on approach to care. It provides an opportunity not only to help patients address their physical concerns, but also to educate and empower them to better understand their own bodies and take an active role in their health and well-being.

I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to support patients as they navigate their individual health journeys.

Adam is a Certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a professional associate of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. He completed a five-year Master's Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.

How & What We Treat

Every patient is different, and no two treatment plans should be exactly the same. At LeBlanc Osteopathy, treatment begins with a thorough assessment to better understand your concerns, movement patterns, medical history, and the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.

Using a variety of hands-on osteopathic techniques, treatment is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Depending on your presentation, care may focus on improving mobility, reducing areas of restriction, supporting circulation, and addressing dysfunction throughout the body.

Patients commonly seek osteopathic care for a wide variety of concerns, including:

Arthritis and joint discomfort, Back and neck pain, Chronic fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Headaches, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Frozen shoulder and other shoulder concerns, Plantar fasciitis and foot discomfort, Respiratory concerns, Sciatica, Scoliosis, General musculoskeletal pain and movement restrictions.

This list provided above is not all encompassing. If you are experiencing pain, stiffness, or limitations in your movement and are unsure whether osteopathy may be appropriate for you, feel free to reach out to discuss your concerns.
