Initial Consultation
Initial consultation w/ patient intake analysis. Throughout the patient intake we'll go over your medical history and what specifically brought you in for treatment on that particular day. Following patient intake, a detailed assessment using a variety of osteopathic assessment tools will be performed. Treatment is carried out after sufficient assessment has been rendered. All initial appointments are 60 minutes in duration.

Follow Up Treatment
Follow up treatment consists of assessment and treatment only. Assessment will be performed for every treatment, to properly determine how the patient's constitution has responded to initial treatment. Assessment is followed by a patient-centred treatment where the entire body will be addressed. Follow up treatment allows for a slightly more detail-oriented application, as the patient intake and other formalities are omitted from this session. Duration: 30, 45, & 60 minutes.

Postural Restoration
Postural restoration treatment involves a comprehensive assessment and subsequent treatment aimed at enhancing posture. Our dedicated practitioners specialize in a variety of personalized techniques aimed at realigning your body, restoring balance, and relieving discomfort. Embrace a holistic approach that improves posture, mobility, and overall well-being, tailored to your unique needs and goals. Take home exercises may be prescribed to supplement treatment. Duration: 60 minutes ($120)
